Tavie Ragan currently serves as the Chief Financial Officer of Detmar Logistics. Prior to joining Detmar in January of 2017, Ms. Ragan held the position of Senior Manager Portfolio Capital Planning and Analysis managing over $165M capital budget. She brings with her over 25 years in finance and accounting experience in various industries to include working for Whataburger, Valero, Tesoro, and Energy Transfer Partners.
Ms. Ragan holds a Bachelors Degree in Accounting from the University of Texas San Antonio and a Masters Degree in Business Administration with a concentration in Accounting from Incarnate Word University. She received a 4.0 in her Master’s program finishing her degree in less than 18 months and was awarded Outstanding Student of the year in 2007. In addition to holding advanced degrees, Ms. Ragan is also a certified Project Management Professional (PMP).
Joseph Tinebra currently serves as Detmar Logistics’ Chief Revenue Officer and was the companies’ Chief Operating Officer last year. Prior to joining Detmar Logistics, Mr. Tinebra held various roles in several public companies to include the following over the past 8 years: 2016 Vice President of Sales and Marketing at Superior Silica and 2015-2010 Sales and Business Development Manager at Pioneer Natural Resources / Premier Silica.
Mr. Tinebra was elected by his peers to serve as a member on the Board of Directors for the American Foundry Association (AFS) from 2004-2008. He also has two published technical papers one through the American Foundry Society and one through the North American Diecasting Association (NADCA). Mr. Tinebra holds a BS in Metallurgical Engineering from the University of Wisconsin-Madison and has completed advanced courses at the University of Michigan Business School.
Justine Fontenot began her career at Detmar Logistics in 2017 and works directly with the CFO as the Accounting Manager. She brings with her several years of experience in finance, collections and payroll. She oversees Detmar’s critical accounting functions, including accounts receivable and payable, payroll, banking, account reconciliations, expense budgeting and revenue forecasting. She has also played a huge role in implementing new software, delivering client-focused solutions based on customer needs and leading a dedicated team to meet the operational needs of Detmar. Justine thrives in a challenging environment and has an immense degree of creativity and passion for what she does. She believes that her efforts and allegiance will help build long lasting relationships with customers, along with, bring great things for Detmar
Kelci Allen is the Fleet Coordinator for the Owner Operators at Detmar Logistics, LLC, where she works with the dispatch team and the driver to ensure all of the fleet is operating according to Detmar Logistics policy which includes monitoring truck/driver performance, revenue, time off, and maintenance records.
Kelci has been employed by Detmar Logistics since May of 2017. She has worked in all areas at Detmar and believes her position with the company is the best job she’s ever had.
Crystal Jones is the Fleet Coordinator for the Company Drivers at Detmar Logistics, LLC, where she works with the dispatch team and the driver to ensure all of the fleet is operating according to Detmar Logistics policy which includes monitoring truck/driver performance, revenue, time off, and maintenance records.
Crystal has an Associate’s Degree in Business Management that specializes in Accounting in 2010 from Howard College in San Angelo, TX where she graduated Magna Cum Laude and was recognized for being in Phi Theta Kappa and Who’s Who Among Students. She has been in the trucking industry in different ways her whole life. She owned a trucking company for 12 years along with two other companies. Crystal has been in the trucking industry in one way or another her whole life.
Stan Prentice leads the Fleet Development Department which is the “First Impression” of Detmar Logistics that drivers and owners receive. Stan believes that Without Growth—Stagnation Occurs; which makes Fleet Development a vital part of Detmar Logistics’ success.
Stan states, “The people I come in contact with, the experiences they share with me, the drivers and owners I get the privilege to help–make my role with Detmar a WIN every day.” Stan has been an owner-operator with five trucks so has some understanding of the issues that owner ops and drivers face.
Stan has received on-site training by experienced and knowledgeable sand haulers but is also PEC Safeland certified, H2S and Fit Test certified and has Pioneer training.
He has earned a Bachelor of Business Administration in Finance from Tarleton State University. He is a Texas Certified Teacher Grades 4-8 Generalist (taught ten years). He also holds a Masters of Education degree in Educational Leadership from Tarleton State University.
Mikaela Malley is the Quality/ Operations Assistant and the first face customers and drivers see when they walk into the office. Mikaela’s main role is to maintain driver’s files for all trucks and trailers by getting “red books” ready to be placed in each truck, which includes registration, insurance, and all necessary documents. She also keeps track and manages charges Detmar drivers and Owner Operators.
Prior to joining the Detmar team, Mikaela served in our Armed Forces in the United States Navy and brings much of her training and experience into her job here at Detmar Logistics to ensure things are done correctly and efficiently.
